What's it all about?
My coaching program mirrors my background in a way. My entire coaching model is about "making 'the last kid picked for football' into an athlete."

My goal is to show you the things your body is capable of. You may have resigned yourself to "just not being sporty," but I can safely say, I don't think there's a such thing.
